Edible Ethics

Advising
A marked shift toward unsustainable agricultural practices has occurred in the United States in the past fifty years, posing a serious threat to environmental stability and to human and animal welfare. Edible Ethics is an interactive guide that illustrates the hidden consequences of this increasingly industrialized food system. Through deconstruction of the complex processes involved in food production, I hope to provide insight into the lasting effects of the current system, and to persuade you to support a necessary return to a more sustainable agricultural system.
