Where were you born, and where did you grow up?
I was born in Aarhus, Denmark, and grew up in Bali, Indonesia, but I went back to Copenhagen to complete high school.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English and Danish fluently, and I can speak some Indonesian.
Could you tell us about your past experiences and what made you join the Parsons Paris community?
I participated in the pre-college summer course for fashion photography and fell in love with Paris and the Parsons campus and community.
How does Paris inspire you in your own work?
There is so much history in Paris, and a lot of different art galleries. Many of the artists I admire are always on display in museums here and I love to see their works in real life.
What is your favorite course so far?
I will be taking an Introduction to Time class. Even though I have yet to properly have that class, I’m really excited to begin, because it sounds like the course is exactly what I want to do.
What does your typical weekend look like?
I like being with friends and either doing art projects together or watching movies. Since I’ve just moved to Paris, I’ve been spending a lot of time going on walks and exploring different areas.
