Bike the Interior

Advising

Bike the Interior explores the place of the urban cyclist in the private office interior and considers how people might use office space as an extension of the public urban landscape. Using New York City’s McGraw-Hill Building as a site, Bike the Interior considers how cycling could be integrated into the office environment, reducing the city’s energy consumption and environmental impact while integrating two disciplines usually treated separately: interior design and urban planning.
