Evelina Nolin

In my works, I depict the human imprint on a rural piece of land in the south of Sweden, a region made up mainly of farmland and industrial pine forests. There the human presence is evident from the man-made objects used in agriculture and logging. Through my sculptures, I reflect on the utilitarian and anthropomorphic qualities of these objects, as well as the environment they occupy and disrupt.
