My art practice investigates despair and awareness of being, through exploration of the alter ego. By referring to key philosophical ideas and writings, I have created a unique space where my invented characters or egos exist in a carnivalesque space which is distinct from ordinary life, space, and environment. Through these created spaces and narratives, my work explores the human condition and psyche the human search for purpose in an absurd world.
