    Title: Project Hotel One Madison

    The goal of the project: to create a hotel brand located in an existing high-rise building by Madison Square Park, develop a hotel program and master plan and design interiors appropriate to the brand
    Solution: The hotel program is tailored to adventurous business travelers, especially professionals from technology industries, as the designated hotel site is in the vicinity of many technology companies. The hotel program is developed to meet hotel guests’ various needs, enabling them to enjoy social and sports activities such as indoor skydiving and indoor surfing, organize business meetings and corporate events, and relax in thematic guest rooms within one complex. The design of the interior is inspired by characteristic elements of New York City — water towers, fire escapes, scaffolding, etc. — demonstrating the vigorous, continuously building and developing spirit of the city.
