The City of Dove Women

The City of Dove Women is a fictional world building art project. It represents a city in the future, where human life is created in the ocean by an organism called Placenta-Jellyfish. Dove Women are residents of this city. They have bio-mechanical extension wigs and are under water now to initiate formation.
