• Profile:

    Sandra Arndt is an urbanist and designer based in New York City. In 2007 she received a Master of Architecture from Yale University. She also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from San Francisco’s Academy of Art University and a Master of Economics from the University of Würzburg, Germany. In 2011, Sandra founded the design firm Studio AKTE. Her current projects include urban development strategies for the town of Prattsville, NY, interior renovation project of a duplex in Chelsea and a duplex on the Upper East Side as well as a townhouse renovation in Brooklyn, NY. As part time-faculty she teaches design studios at the School of Constructed Environments and the School of Design Strategies at Parsons The New School.
