    Nicole Cacal

    Profile

    Nicole Cacal is the Executive Director of a Hawaii-based nonprofit called the TRUE Initiative, which helps people and organizations adopt technology to create more jobs across the state. Previously, she was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forbes Ignite, a consultancy that advises leading companies on sustainable transformation and a leadership network that unites global changemakers at the center of technology, sustainability and social impact (Forbes Ignite is a license partner of Forbes Media LLC). Nicole holds a BBA from the University of Hawaii, an MSc in Strategic Design & Management from the Parsons School of Design, and an Executive MSc in Technology Management from Columbia University.
