Profile
Linda Saint Marc is an Associate Professor of Professional Practice at Parsons School of Design, where she teaches in the STEM designated, MS Media Management Graduate Program. A distinguished brand strategist, publisher, content producer and media executive, she is recognized for transforming and scaling global businesses.
Over the course of her career, Saint Marc has launched and managed 128 international magazine editions alongside expansive digital media platforms and expansion initatives for premium brands across six continents. She is known for building and leading high-performing teams, spearheading the development of new content platforms, architecting brand strategies and partnership ventures that drive sustained growth. Her work spans licensing, consumer products, services, live events, and e-commerce, enabling brands to maximize the potential of their intellectual property assets.
Bringing this global industry experience into the classroom, she focuses on organization leadership, media business development, brand strategy, intellectual property creation and licensing. Her academic work explores how media organizations create sustainable, long-term value through strategic innovation, with an emphasis on brand assets, audience trust, and responsible leadership in a rapidly evolving media and technology landscape. She emphasizes critical inquiry, evidence-based decision-making, inclusion and professional standards, equipping students to translate theory, best practices and interdisciplinary active learning into meaningful real-world impact.
Saint Marc is also the founder and executive producer of Media Smart Citizens and Media x Women, initiatives dedicated to advancing media and information literacy and supporting leadership development for early-career media professionals. In addition to her teaching and consulting, she actively contributes to university, professional and public engagement initiatives, fostering learning communities and advancing dialogue around thought leadership in the media industry.
