Jessica Mastrogiovanni

Profile

Jessica has experience overseeing highly regarded legal departments and serves as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business leaders.  She is a key contributor to operations and business planning and is skilled at taking on complex legal problems and delivering strategic legal solutions. Previously, Jessica served as CLO, CCO and Assistant General Counsel at public and private companies and started her career at the international law firm Proskauer Rose.  Her pro bono efforts have included recovering $46.5 million for families of employees of Cantor Fitzgerald LP who were victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and served as a mentor for high school students in the Bronx.
