Jared Goldstein is an award-winning author, professor, and attorney, famously known as the co-founder and author of Sneaker Law, the first comprehensive legal and business guide and educational platform dedicated to the footwear industry. A recognized authority at the intersection of law, business, and culture, Goldstein teaches and lectures at leading universities, law schools, and design schools, and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law and Georgia State University College of Law, educating the next generation of lawyers, entrepreneurs, and creatives.
Goldstein is the founder of Jared Goldstein Law PLLC, where he represents clients across the tech, media, entertainment, music, fashion, sneakers, AI, advertising, and marketing industries. Goldstein’s practice merges deep industry insight with business-focused legal strategy, empowering creative and high-growth companies to scale confidently and successfully.
Goldstein began his legal career at Complex, where he authored a series of groundbreaking articles on intellectual property and the protection of sneaker designs. A lifelong sneakerhead, he operated his own sneaker reselling business while in college—an early expression of the passion and entrepreneurial spirit that would later spearhead his career.
