Creativity + Innovation Facilitator, Lecturer, Program Development
Formerly a New York City resident, Holly has been a Barcelona resident since 2013.
Holly is a creativity + innovation facilitator and strategist, an arts advocate, and the founder of Arts Meet Bizness. In her project work, she develops educational programs for universities, organizations, and communities that combine creative methodologies with modern business innovation practices. Much of her work concerns growing imagination capacity, and addressing individual and organizational emotional intelligence to bridge the gap between creative and business mindsets. Recent institutions and entrepreneurship centers include: Culinary Institute of Barcelona, IED Barcelona, Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology, EU Business School, Iona College Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Long Island University Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
From her professional experience, Holly recognizes that creativity belongs in all contexts. As a Cultural Resident at Fabra i Coats Art Factory in Barcelona, she continues her research on creativity and the impact that using a multi-disciplinary approach can have on the creative process and practice.
Previously a practicing performing artist in New York City, Holly performed in over a dozen professional musical theatre productions in the USA and Europe. She also designed and launched a greeting card line. After earning her MBA Holly began a professional career in marketing and branding. She now utilizes her professional experiences to help her students overcome the challenges they face when balancing creativity and business.
Holly's teaching approach concentrates on challenging students to grow their potential from their unique values and experiences. She fosters a classroom of co-creation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

In Fall 2018 Holly co-authored a paper published for the ICDHS 10+1 BARCELONA 2018 Conference titled Communicating in the 21st century: new materials as creative boosters with design colleague Silvia Escursell from ELISAVA (Barcelona).
