Daniel Toretsky

Profile

Daniel is an exhibit designer, artist, and licensed architect living in Brooklyn. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University where he was a Merrill Presidential Scholar and Eidlitz Travel Fellowship awardee. He also holds an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons where he now teaches exhibit design and fabrication. Daniel began designing museums while at SHoP Architects and worked extensively on the MIT Museum and the Folger Shakespeare Library exhibits as a project architect at Studio Joseph. He is passionate about bringing stories to life through accessible physical exhibits, whimsical projected media, crafty illustrations, and thoughtfully coordinated fabrication.
