    Profile

    Catherine Ashley is a multimedia designer and performance artist working across sound, installation, performance, and moving image. With a background in film, projection, theatre, and object-making, she creates layered enviornments that explore gesture, memory, and systems of transformation, emphasizing visiual and auditiory experiences shaped by time and presence. Guided by process and play, her work moves fluidly across disciplines. She has exhibitied across the Northeast and internationally, and also teaches Spatial Dynamics at the Rhode Island School of Design.
