Cameron Williams

Profile

Cameron R Williams is a writer, educator, stylist, and sustainable fashion advocate who has long fought for a more just fashion industry.

Cameron holds a BA in political science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Fashion Studies from Parsons School of Design. Cameron is an instructor at Parsons and FIT, and his work explores the use of fashion as a means of resistance - particularly across the Afro-Caribbean diaspora.

Cameron has nearly a decade of experience working in the fashion industry and is the co-founder of DUALITY NEW YORK, a creative consulting studio specializing in communications and event production for sustainability oriented brands and organizations. Cameron has produced fashion shows, activations, and other events that highlight the beauty of secondhand fashion, featuring the likes of Housing Works, VFiles, Remake, Kid Super and more.

In addition, Cameron is a 2025 New Leaders Council Fellow and will be focusing on supporting circular fashion initiatives in New York City.
