Profile
Caletha Crawford is a consultant in the children’s apparel, accessories and gift industries. For more than 10 years, her career has been focused on the business and fashion trends that drive this segment of the garment industry. She is co-founder of Flutter Sales, an online portal for fashion brands to sell overstock goods to retailers at off-price. As a consultant, Caletha works closely with new launches and established companies to develop brand identities, position them in the market, attract their target demographics, boost sales, adapt to changing consumer mindsets, adopt new business practices and harness the power of the Internet. Prior to this role, she was the editor in chief of Earnshaw’s magazine, the leading children’s business publication in the U.S., for more than five years. There, she developed and wrote service-oriented articles designed to inform retailers and designers about design, production, marketing and sales. Caletha is also an excellent project manager, having produced fashion-related programs for Parsons, LVMH and the city of New York. She is also a featured professor in the Fashion Industry Essentials certificate program by Teen Vogue and Parsons.
