An architect by training, Anthony is a co-founder of the MFADT program with Sven Travis and was the program's first Director, teaching Design Studio, Thesis and leading the program’s computer-based modeling and animation classes. In his professional work Anthony helped found the Lab at Rockwell Group and has been designing and building immersive environments and media installations since 2004. Anthony's recent architecture clients include Central Park, the NYPD, NYU Langone Health, Northwell Health and the World Trade Center.
A graduate of the Cooper Union and Parsons School of Design, Anthony's graduate thesis was authored in VRML, a form of real-time digital immersion that predates today’s gaming engines. Anthony's post graduate work is in Japanese and Chinese modern history. Anthony's projects have won the Cannes Gold Lion; International Design Award; Spark Design Awards and multiple SEGD and GOOD Design awards. Anthony holds several design patents, was listed in Interior Design Magazine's 2025 100 Top Designers and his work is included in the National Design Museum. Anthony also served as a member of the EPA’s Gowanus Community Advisory Group, and co-founded Gowanus By Design, a community based urban design advocacy.
