    Alise Trautmane-Uzuner has more than 15 years of executive experience in marketing, sales and 10 years of retail management, PR experience in New York, London and Riga. Alise is Founder of DOORS NYC, a membership-based fashion retail and PR platform in New York, representing 100+ independent brands from all over the world.

    Before moving to New York, Alise was the Founder and Creative Director of womenswear ready-to-wear label NARCISS Fashion and has been awarded the "Designer of the Year'' title by the Baltic Fashion Federation three times. Alise's work has been featured in 300+ leading fashion magazines: WWD, Drapers, Vogue, Elle, InStyle and many others. Alise has been included in Forbes Top 25 Most Successful Female Entrepreneurs in Latvia.
