Matthew Steinfeld

Matthew Steinfeld,  BA Liberal Arts ‘03 (Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts), MA Psychology '09, and PhD Clinical Psychology '12 (The New School for Social Research), entered The New School as a trumpet player and emerged a clinical psychologist. His love of psychology and knowledge of human-centered psychotherapeutic approaches were nurtured through conversations with faculty at The New School. Today he is applying those lessons as an assistant professor of psychiatry at Yale's School of Medicine and in private practice.
