Jeff Lindor is an entrepreneur and community advocate known for his groundbreaking work as the founder of the Gentlemen's Factory Innovation Lab. This unique space serves as a hub for Black and Brown professionals, providing a platform for networking, collaboration, and professional growth.

Through his leadership, the Gentlemen's Factory has become a vital resource in New York City, empowering its members to achieve their career goals while fostering a strong sense of community among underrepresented groups.

Lindor’s commitment to social change extends beyond the Gentlemen's Factory. He has initiated several community-based programs aimed at engaging youth and promoting leadership skills among young people of color. His collaborations with local government and nonprofits have led to significant improvements in online safety for young people and strengthened community resilience through strategic urban policy initiatives.

Educated at The New School, where he earned a master’s degree in urban policy analysis and management, Lindor has effectively applied his academic background to his professional endeavors. His work not only improves the lives of individuals but also promotes broader policy changes, making him a respected voice in urban policy and community development circles.
