Description:
This course focuses on the practical and necessary aspects of the Designer’s role- communicating the design concepts through technical flat sketches, construction detail instructions, and garment measurements. It also explores illustrative flats and hybrid variations. Students will have the opportunity to gain practical 3D and digital skills in order to competently convey their idea to the manufacturer. They will utilize design development from the Integrated Studio course, as they translate their designs into complete technical packages.
