This course explores the contribution of the discipline of organizational development to current change management practice, defining models, approaches, and understandings of the way organizations can be helped to achieve successful change. Requirement for MS, Organizational Change Management; Advanced Certificate in Organizational Development; Advanced Certificate in Leadership and Change; and MS, Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management with a Concentration in Management
