Description:
Wine can be intimidating, mysterious, challenging… and profitable. In this one-week wine course, led by instructors who have taught thousands within the culinary industry, you’ll learn how to taste, sell, and enjoy wines from all around the world. Classes feature in-depth tastings, as wines are poured, discussed, compared, and demystified. Descriptors of aroma and taste will suddenly make sense, and proper food pairings will be revealed and absorbed. The course also includes lectures about the history and culture of wine, as well as a wine store visit and the tour of a local vineyard.
