The instructor's part of the presentations will focus on three cases: Canada, India and one African country, probably Zimbabwe. Students will be encouraged to make presentations outside the world of ex-British colonies, among American, French, Japanese and other colonies and ex-colonies. Everyone will be required to become expert in at least one case. Seminar credits will be available, but students can take it for non seminar credit.
