The central text of this seminar will be Husserl's 1905 lectures of
inner time-consciousness. They will be read in the context of the work of Henri
Bergson, William James, and Martin Heidegger. We will also take up the question
of Husserl's later development of the problem of time in the "Bernau
Manuscripts" of 1917-1918, as well as in several unpublished manuscripts
from the 1930s (the "C-Manuscripts").
