• Strategic Planning

  • Strategic Planning at The New School is a community-wide invitation to reimagine, reflect, and plan for the future. While often understood as a technical tool used to clarify the strategic use of resources for an institution, at this moment, and for our university, strategic planning refers to a process of learning through critique and preparing for the continuous adaptation these fast changing times demand.

As a university-wide initiative, this project is intended to foster connections and strengthen community. View our roadmap of the process.

We invite you to join us in our new Strategic Planning Study, located in the University Center (63 Fifth Avenue, Conference Room 514), where we will host weekly community conversations and office hours every Thursday from April 6 through May 11.

Find details on these engagement opportunities for Strategic Planning and other university-wide initiatives.

We encourage you to send us your questions and ideas at [email protected] and join us at events throughout the process.
