    Profile:

    Chiz Schultz  produced the two-hour award-winning PBS documentary, Paul Robeson: Here I Stand; was Executive Producer of A Soldier's Story (nominated for three Academy Awards);  produced A Raisin in the Sun with Danny Glover; NBC-TV's Seize the Day starring Robin Williams and three independent features, including the cult classic Ganja and Hess.  Co-Producer of Spike Lee's latest feature, Da Sweet Blood of Jesus; in post-production of a PBS documentary on Lorraine Hansberry and in pre-production for a feature film starring Kiefer and Donald Sutherland. Schultz also teaches producing at Montclair State University.

    Awards And Honors:

    Three Academy Award nominations for A Soldier's Story for which I was Executive Producer.

    International Documentary Award for Paul Robeson: Here I Stand. Producer.

    A Raisin in the Sun, PBS.  "Best Drama," San Francisco International Film Festival; Ohio State Award.  Producer.

    Part of the Family, PBS.  "Best Documentary", Venice Biennale. Producer.

    A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court, PBS. Peabody Award - "Best Children's Program;" EMMY nominee. Producer.
