    Tracey Freiberg is a PhD student at the Milano School of Public and Urban Policy at The New School. Her research focuses on labor economics and policy, specifically gender discrepancies in the labor market through US Paid Care Leave policies. She also holds a Masters degree in Economics from Duke University and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Economics from Coe College.

    In addition to her academic experience, Ms. Freiberg spent seven years at AIG as a Business Analyst in the Multinational division and as a Senior Underwriter in the Financial Lines division of the Property/Casualty business. She has additional professional experience in independent consulting, non-profits, retail, and fitness.
