    Erica Eisinger

    Profile

    Erica M. Eisinger has been teaching about the law at the New School since 2007.  She is currently a Visiting Professor of Law at Cardozo School of Law.  at the New School, Prof. Eisinger teacher Supreme Court Controversies, Introduction to U.S. Law, Criminal Law, and the Law of Prisons.


    Research Interests

    Prof. Eisinger has published law review articles on prisoners rights, civil procedure, criminal law, and clinical law teaching.


    Awards And Honors

    Prof. Eisinger received an award for the best law review article in the Wisconsin Lawyer and several awards for pro bono legal services.
