    Profile:

    Paula Stuttman (M.F.A., New York University) Educator/Visual artist. Selected exhibitions include HOTdog, Naked Duck, E-Tay Gallery, Trans Hudson, Site Simpatico, Rosenberg Gallery, Washington Square East, Queens Museum, Studio 7, Catskill Art Society (New York) Loyola University, 1935 Gallery (Chicago) 11th Hour Gallery, Museum of Fine Arts (Boston) Centro De Difusion Cultural Del I.P.B.A (Mexico) and Whitstable Satellite Biennale (UK with Matthew Swift). Recipient of a 2013 grant from The Puffin Foundation and a 2013 Part-Time Faculty Development Grant from The New School for Public Engagement for “no/Dreams of Yorba Linda,” (an ongoing series of paintings). She works as a museum educator in multiple programs at the Whitney Museum, the Jewish Museum and the Museum of Modern Art. She is currently working on 2 projects at MoMA:“Talking together_” that explores what it is we share when we talk about art together and “Drawing is a way of thinking” that uses mark making as a way of understanding works on display in the museum.
