    The Experience Academy: Humanizing Business Consulting

    The Experience Academy is a service concept aimed to bring people with business experience together with those still exploring to share knowledge and find solutions cross-generationally. With human interaction at its core, the concept is focused on the demystification of business tools with the help of straightforward language, experience and empathy that builds on real life. The concept development followed the design thinking process: defining the problem; extensive qualitative research including interviews and observations, ideation, prototyping and testing; which led to the development of a viable business model.
