Across four industries, three cities, and 20 years, Lindsay Miller has explored innovation in both professional and academic arenas.
As the executive director of Strategy & Business Development for TECOM Group, an entity owned by the ruling family of Dubai and charged with facilitating the development of non-oil industries, Lindsay led a group of experts in media, biotech, heavy industry, and information and communication technology. She then transitioned to the commercial side, working on an initiative with design and innovation anchor clients including IBM Design Studio, Coca-Cola Innovation Lab, Dubai Smart Government, Chanel, and Zaha Hadid Architects. As a part-time student at Parsons School of Design, Lindsay explores the impact of design thinking on disruptive innovation globally alongside instructors and peers with experience in the NBA, Disney, Etrade, British Telecom, Google, and the EU.
