    Audra Wolowiec is an interdisciplinary artist from Detroit, MI, currently based in Brooklyn, NY. Through sculpture, sound, text, and performance, her work explores themes of communication to create experiences that merge the sensory with the conceptual. She received an MFA in sculpture from the Rhode Island School of Design and has shown work at Art in General, Magnan-Metz, REVERSE, Pocket Utopia, Norte Maar, and the Center for Performance Research. Her work has been featured in the Brooklyn Rail, textsound, Requited Journal, and Thresholds (MIT Department of Architecture). She currently teaches in the Art, Media & Technology Department at Parsons, The New School for Design and has an upcoming residency in the Physics Department at the University of Oregon.
