Keith helps organizations identify and develop transformation and growth opportunities. At Infosys, he leads cross-disciplinary innovation labs and strategic design training programs. With over 15 years of deep design, product, and customer experience expertise, he’s facilitating the training of 1000 next-gen designers. These “full stack designers” are hybrid practitioners combining Strategic Design with domain expertise across the spectrum of Design, Data Analytics, and STEM, and are poised to tackle the complex forces that are both driving and enabling change across every aspect of our lives, businesses, and institutions.
In previous roles Keith led cross-disciplinary teams at organizations such as NBCUniversal, Bloomberg and Interbrand, developing design and innovation-led transformation programs for AT&T, Businessweek, Consumer Reports, Motorola, Samsung, Universal Studios, and more. Keith holds a BFA from Queen’s University where he also attended business school, and a Master of Science in Communications Design from Pratt Institute in New York. He currently lives in New York and Connecticut.
