    Audrey Axinn teaches collaborative piano at Mannes as well as courses in performance practice and fortepiano.  She is on the chamber music faculty at The Juilliard School specializing in coaching classical and early romantic repertoire on period keyboard instruments.  She also served as an Assistant Faculty member in the collaborative piano department at The Juilliard School for many years.  Ms. Axinn has partnered numerous exceptional performers including Jaime Laredo, Sharon Robinson, Monica Huggett, Eugene Fodor, Matt Haimovitz, Daniel Heifetz, Fred Sherry and Bonnie Hampton.  She has given master classes on the fortepiano and collaborative piano at The Juilliard School, The New England Conservatory, Cornell University, the Royal Conservatory in the Hague, SUNY Stony Brook and Kyung-Won University in South Korea.  She is the Assistant Dean at the Mannes College of Music where she also teaches classical performance practice and instrumental accompanying and coaches chamber music.  She holds a Masters degree and a Doctorate of Musical Arts degree from The Juilliard School, as well as degrees from The Curtis Institute of Music and Manhattan School of Music.
