The New School Community Orchestra enables students, staff, faculty, administrators, and alumni, together with individuals from the larger NYC community, to grow together in music, collaborating with world-class conductors and performing repertoire from a range of musical periods and styles. Participants come together to hone their skills, network with like-minded musicians, build lasting friendships, and perform throughout the year. Orchestral instrumentalists with various backgrounds are welcome.
The orchestra meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. at the University Center (63 Fifth Avenue) in Tishman Auditorium, U100.

Alumni and NYC Community Members (noncredit only)
Please visit the Open Campus registration page, search "Community Orchestra" and enroll in CRN 6887.

Please visit Human Resources 80 Fifth Avenue, 8th floor to apply for the Tuition Waiver Plan. Once your application has been reviewed, HR will be in contact with you to complete registration.
