    • Second-Year Classic
In the spring semester of their second year, MFA actors are featured in a production of a classic play in the School of Drama Theater. This production is their first opportunity to work with professional directors, designers, and stage managers with the full support of the College of Performing Arts Production team.

Notable past productions include: Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare, and Middletown by Will Eno.

The upcoming season will be announced in Fall 2018.

      New Visions Directing Festival
In the fall semester, the work of our graduating MFA directors is highlighted in The New Visions Festival, which features director-driven productions of full-length classic and contemporary works, performed in a repertory setting.
