This course will introduce the key management concepts necessary to understand, work in, and run a successful creative media company. Students will learn about market differentiation, maintaining clients and growing revenues, raising money, managing finances and budgeting, staff development, technology, sustainability, social responsibility and legal compliance through a combination of presentations, case studies and projects.
