Description:
This workshop teaches students methods for capturing memories, dreams, childhood experiences, and personal truths in a unique voice. Students learn how to write with precision of thought and language, unimpeded by the inner critic. In-class exercises and weekly assignments help, students establish disciplined work habits. The instructor provides suggestions for revisions and guides students toward publication. Assigned readings provide models of subject matter, style, and form.
