  • Management & Organizations
This integrative course weaves together leadership and change program threads into a clear sense of what’s required of leadership and how such leadership actions impact—and are impacted by —change implications. The course offers an applied literature review and analysis of relevant case material drawn primarily from active organizational change situations. Participants capture the understanding and skills to lead change effectively, and engage in a change project that puts theory into substantial practice. By the end of the course, students will have identified their own viable leadership and change principles and built them into a workable model for themselves as leaders dealing with change. Required for the Advanced Certificate in Leadership and Change. Offered Spring Term Only. Pre-requisite: NMGM 5008 Why Leadership Matters: Power or Potential
Course Open to: Degree Students with Restrictions

Not open to Undergraduate students.
