Description:
A two-part exploration of web interactivity using JavaScript & jQuery followed by animation via Adobe’s Edge Animate software. In the first part of this course students learn common interactive effects including image rollovers, validating forms, show/hide content, and image slide shows. The scripting covered in the first part of this course prepares students for the second part on web animation. Students create HTML 5-compliant and non-proprietary animations using time-line based interface, adding custom art, simple triggers and actions to control animation behavior, and creating interactives.
