Description:
Success as an actor requires learning how to audition successfully. This course teaches auditioning techniques applicable to all types of film and television roles: feature films, short films, commercials, soap operas, television dramas, and sitcoms. The basics of film acting are reviewed, but the emphasis on cold reading, script and character analysis, and other audition preparations. Tips for getting auditions are also part of the discussion. Scripts used in real film and television auditions are provided by the instructor.
