This studio practice course builds on principles of movement, shape, and alignment as grounded in the perspectives of classical ballet practices. Students work at the ballet barre, as well as explore center work that includes adagio, pirouettes, petite allegro and grand allegro. Students who register for Ballet Practices, Intro are also expected to enroll in Introduction to Contemporary Dance Practices.
