*Foucault, Bodies, Power* [Track C] This course provides a thick introduction to the work of Michel Foucault and the key concepts that have helped to shape the field of cultural studies. We will explore Foucault’s theories of discipline, the body, discourse, power, biopolitics and sexuality and how these theories have been used, challenged and redefined within feminist, queer, critical race, crip, post-colonial and decolonial cultural studies.
