Reporting Service Problems or Changes in Existing Service
To report telephone service problems during working hours, please, complete the Repair Order Request Form. The following are all typical problems that should be reported for repair:
- no dial tone
- static noise
- audio deficiencies
- reset voicemail password
- button or light/flash failure
- problem with voice recognition
- crossed lines
- voicemail not working
- telephone system phonebook
- adding voice mail
- changing the existing programming on a line (e.g., dialing long distance, adding/removing features)
- requesting a new telephone instrument
