Overview

The University Telephone System is a networked, multi-location Mitel SX-2000 Digital PBX System. The new system provides state of the art features and functionality. From a user standpoint, everyone has new digital telephones, voice activated dialing, voice mail, caller ID, conference calling, University wide four digit dialing, call transfer, speed dialing, to name a few. The system has fully redundant call processors, voice mail systems, dual serving offices and network interconnections. It has auto-attendant features, a common numbering scheme, direct inward dialing and toll controls.
