Personal/Group Fitness Training

The personal training program is geared toward targeting specific goals for any individual who is interested in improving his/her general health or amplifying his/her abilities and skills in a sport or activity. We have a certified personal trainer with a background in physical education to guide students through the program. The facility and equipment will optimize your efforts by encouraging overall and specific physical improvements. Whether you want a well-rounded approach to return to an activity after a hiatus or you want to get to the next level in your training, this program is for you. The personal training program includes many types of resistance exercises and calisthenics which target multiple muscle systems. This kind of approach will increase strength and flexibility while maintaining the balance and core elements which are paramount to success. The program will provide a challenging yet fun atmosphere that will push you to new levels that you might not have considered possible before.

Each session costs $20; available spots are limited.

Please contact the Recreation Office for registration information.
