International Student Advisory Board
Join the International Student Advisory Board
International Student Services (ISS) is constantly seeking ways to enhance our services; your feedback is invaluable. The International Student Advisory Board (IASB) furthers the outreach efforts of the ISS and provides feedback to the director of ISS and other administrators about ISS services, the website, programs, outreach, and general effectiveness. Meetings provide a forum for discussion, leadership, and collaboration.
Members of the board attend meetings on the last Thursday of every month from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Each meeting focuses on a central theme or presentation and is followed by a Q&A. Members share their questions, concerns, and ideas with administrators and then communicate them with their fellow students.
In spring 2009, the ISAB finalized a survey for
continuing and graduating internationals. They also created information sheets with FAQs about registration and financial
services at the university, which will be distributed to incoming international students. Click here to see data from the survey.
