The Union Square Residence is on the
list of historic landmarks and is a fine example of early
twentieth century architectural design. The New School
occupies four floors in a sixteen-story building which
also houses local residents. Union Square residents are
at the center of the hippest New York City neighborhood.
The Union Square Park area also boasts some of most stimulating
outdoor concerts, world-renowned farmers markets, cultural
events and festivals, and premier restaurants in the City.
